The purpose behind founding this clinic and focusing exclusively on exotic animals is to concentrate all investment, training and expertise on these species, while also reducing stress for pets that are prey animals in the wild—particularly rabbits and guinea pigs—which can be highly sensitive to the sound of dogs barking.
You will not hear dogs barking in our reception area, and our hospitalisation facilities are even quieter. The clinic was founded in April 2013 by Mercedes and Jesús, whose passion for exotic animals led them to create this specialised centre. They were confident that the concept would succeed in Andalusia, just as it has in other places such as Madrid and Barcelona, where owners of exotic pets already recognise that their rabbit, guinea pig, lovebird, African grey parrot, bearded dragon, and other exotic pets may receive better care in a centre dedicated exclusively to them.
