SUMMER AND FAIR OPENING HOURS.
Hello everyone! To allow our staff to rest, we will be closed on Saturdays and will not provide out-of-hours emergency care (the mobile phone will be inactive) until normal service resumes on 26 August. We will also have special fair opening hours, opening from 10:00 to 15:00 on 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 August.
This is to maintain the quality of our service. From 26 August, when normal service resumes, an experienced exotic animal vet will join our team, bringing us to four vets. From October, we will extend our opening hours again, making us available for longer at normal rates while improving staff schedules, rest and quality of life. All of this ultimately benefits patient care.
We are growing, but the transition takes time. Those who have visited recently know how busy we are and that we need a little rest. We hope you understand and that the inconvenience is minimal.
